We had a delicious meal prepared by Suzie & her Mother. Excellent duck l'orange, grated potato pancakes & fennel with orange salad. The meal was in a lovely flat overlooking the Danube. There were 3 other guests & it was a great experience to socialize with people from other countries. We highly recommend a meal with Suzie!
Petra will teach you to cook two traditional West African dishes in your 1 hour cooking class. This is a hands-on class where you will help Petra to prepare attieke (cassava semolina) served with fish or egusi soup (soup thickened with ground melon seeds, also contains meat, fish and vegetables) which is served with eba and tchep (meat, rice and vegetables simmered in tomato sauce). After your cooking class join Petra to share the dishes you helped prepare.
We had a wonderful time cooking with Marty. She is such a fun and sweet person. It is great cooking with her and we would do it again. Our food turned out amazing and we are so happy to have experienced this.
