Chef Seav and his staff are a passionate team of Cambodians who are eager to share their culinary skills with guests visiting Siem Reap. From the beginning Chef Seav started describing his background and journey to becoming a chef; he is very patient, adaptive, and passionate. I was very grateful that he was able to improvise and adjust my dishes to accommodate my allergies.
