Irish and international cuisine in a modern home in Skerries

We had a wonderful experience with Elena - her home is in a beautiful part of the country - the views from her kitchen were breathtaking. But the warmth of her personality is what made time with her one the best parts of our vacation. Great food, great fun!

Award-winning goat cheese tasting and goat farm tour in Ennistymon

Grainnie was an amazing guide to spend learning about cheese making, goat rearing and life. The St Tolas cheeses were delicious - each one in the sampling was better than the next. Tho if I started in reverse order would say the same . You will love this tour and high level discourse about the region. And the 30+ baby goats were on their best behavior.

Irish cooking class in Dublin with a chef and TV host

Erica is a great cook who has been cooking since her hotel and restaurant days. She lives in an old red-brick semi-detached house in an old part of Dublin. The walls and fittings need painting / care by the landlord but this didn’t detract from the joy of the occasion. The food and experience were wonderful. The cooking seems effortless although it certainly isn’t and her enthusiasm is infectious. Highly recommended!
