Pietro, a true Milanese, a proud father of three boys, comes from a long line of locals who cherish hospitality and culinary traditions. Growing up in a home always filled with guests and laughter, he developed a deep passion for cooking. After traveling the world, Pietro returned to Italy, worked on a satirical TV show, and eventually discovered his true calling—teaching traditional Italian pasta making. What began as a passion for culinary arts has transformed into a fulfilling career. Now known as a Pasta Maestro, he has shared his expertise with over 10,000 guests worldwide. Pietro collaborates with Vincenzo, a singer and music journalist, to create a unique atmosphere celebrating Italian culture, food, and community.

In your 2 hour hands-on Milan cooking class, master the art of crafting fresh pasta - ravioli or spaghetti or fettuccine or tortellini or orecchiette, and learn the secret recipe for Pietro's grandmother’s famous tiramisu. Get a hands-on experience kneading, rolling, and shaping pasta, learning the techniques passed down through generations. After the cooking class, sit down together to enjoy the delicious meal you’ve created, paired with local wines.
