Join your host Etienne at his home kitchen to learn to cook a traditional French crêpe and other French classics that have been part of his family for generations. Your French cooking class will be about one hour during which you will learn to make three different dishes. You will learn to make dishes such as broccoli and mushroom quiche, poullet basquaise, nutella crepes or tarte tatin. Have a great time learning about the tips and techniques that make French cooking a favorite amongst guests. After your cooking class, sit down together to enjoy the meal you helped prepare.

Etienne moved to NYC from France about 10 years ago and is on a mission to share the dishes that have been cooked in his family for generations. A popular request by his friends and family is his authentic crepes with Nutella. Etienne is a wonderful person to share a meal with as he is incredibly friendly and easy to chat with.
