Amar lives in the Mexican neighborhood of Pilsen and has drawn deep influences living in an Indian and Mexican household. Your menu includes a Mexico City-style roja enchiladas and a Bengali chicken masala. The masala will be seasoned with Indian spices and will feature local tomato gravy and spinach. The meal will also include handmade gnocchi. This dish is a crowd favorite and pays respect to the chef that got him in the culinary world. You will enjoy your meal in Amar's lovely condo, but weather permitting you will be outside in their very green patio.
