Surrounded by the scent of rosemary and the beauty of the coastline, Sergio offers in-home cooking classes where he teaches authentic Italian dishes while providing a memorable cultural experience. Known for his warmth and hospitality, Sergio loves hosting travelers in his home, with many returning year after year, as if they've never left!

In his large and comfortable home kitchen, you will learn to cook a traditional Italian meal using valuable tips and techniques, along with family recipes passed down through generations. During your 2-hour hands-on Praiano cooking class, learn to make homemade pasta like cavatelli, gnocchi, or ravioli and fresh sauces such as basil pesto or parmigiana di melanzane (eggplant parmigiana), or tiramisu. After cooking, sit down on the terrace to enjoy the delicious meal you’ve helped prepare, paired with local wine made by Sergio himself, all while taking in the stunning views of the horizon.
