She continuously innovates with new recipes and loves sharing her creations with others. Well-versed in the culinary history of Pompeii, Sabrina blends her expertise in communications with her love for cooking, offering unique insights into the city's rich food traditions. Cooking experience (1 - 10 guests) Sabrina hosts a 2-hour hands-on cooking class in Pompeii in her beautiful garden home, located in the picturesque Pompeian countryside. With stunning views of Vesuvius and the Lattari mountains, and just a short distance from the Archaeological Excavations of Pompeii, you’ll get to cook and taste traditional Campanian dishes. The class focuses on making fresh pasta, so get ready to put on your apron and dive into this unmissable culinary experience in Pompeii!
The experience begins with a tour of Sabrina's garden, where she grows a variety of vegetables and herbs, many of which will be used in the cooking class. In her cozy home kitchen, Sabrina will guide you through the step-by-step process of making fresh pasta from scratch and will
demonstrate how to make a delicious traditional dessert. Throughout the class, Sabina will share stories and insights about the local culture. After cooking, you'll sit down to enjoy your creations, paired with local wine and homemade Italian liqueur, immersing yourself in the flavors and traditions of Pompeii.
Notes: Sabrina speaks limited English, so a friend will be present throughout to help translate. Sabrina's home is located a few steps away the Archaeological Excavations of Pompeii and few kilometers from Sorrento, Amalfi and Positano.
