Cooking experience (1 - 13 guests) Carlo and Jessie invite you to immerse yourself in a unique farm experience located inside the Cava Grande del Cassibile in Noto. Nestled by the river and surrounded by the stunning landscape of Sicily’s Grand Canyon, their off-grid farm offers an authentic cooking experience that celebrates traditional Sicilian cuisine. They cook simple food using what’s in season - vegetables from their garden, wild herbs from the canyon, and local cheeses, olive oil, and grains from people they know and trust. You will freshly grind flour for your pasta, harvest fresh, organic vegetables, learn secrets behind sustainable growing practices, and master time-honored cooking techniques passed down through generations. During your hands-on cooking class in Noto, you will prepare three classic Sicilian dishes: homemade ricotta ravioli, Sicilian parmigiana, and grilled farm-grown ingredients using firewood and traditional baking methods. The experience concludes with a communal meal, where you’ll enjoy the fruits of your labor and a Sicilian wine ceremony, all in a serene, rustic setting.

This farm-to-table experience in Noto offers an unforgettable opportunity to connect with the land and the rich culinary traditions of Sicily. Perfect for food lovers and those seeking an authentic, off-the-beaten-path adventure that immerses them in the heart of rural Sicily.
