Hami feels that most of the tourist areas in Cappadocia serve similar food, which is limited to kebab! He is excited to share authentic dishes that locals eat at home so that travelers get to try diverse food, often not found in restaurants. Hami believes the food eaten at home is one of the best Turkish foods in Cappadocia. He and his wife will share recipes from two regions – the Black Sea and Cappadocia.
