"Suzie was so lovely and my friends and I had such a great time taking her class. First, the recipe was great and she was so fun and patient with us to teach us everything. She was also very accommodating, as we all had different kinds of tools and equipment, and she made sure that we each received specific instructions for each way to do it. We were also celebrating my friend's birthday and she made sure to hang up a birthday sign to make her feel special. If we ever get to a chance to travel to Valencia, we are definitely catching up with Suzie :)"

"Suzie was such an amazing host/instructor! She was so friendly, helpful, and fun to cook with.

We had my whole family cooking with her and it was probably difficult to get us all to focus and follow instructions, but she was so patient and kind with us. She had alternatives for us when we needed it and went our pace. Best of all, she gave us fun facts on the dishes' history and a couple of other cultural tid bits. She taught us how people toast drinks in Spain to start us out, which set for a great mood.

We all loved the class and would recommend it! The dishes were so delicious. We didn't know if it would be enough food for dinner and had other stuff ready, but didn't need it at all. We were so satisfied with the gambas al ajillo and patatas bravas.

Thanks so much Suzie! You made my mom's birthday extra fun and special."
