Initially she ran a small café and from 2014 she managed a lunch restaurant. Then in 2019, she started to organize cooking classes and soon afterwards launched food tours. Food has always been an important part of Maria's life - from handwritten cookbooks passed down to her from her grandmother to taking part in cooking classes wherever she travels. She is excited to share her Polish heritage with travelers who are interested in learning more about the food, culture and culinary traditions.
