Fabulous! I tasted a variety and many delicious local cuisine from chocolate to fish to cheese to Waffles! Fusina shared many wonderful tidbits of information. An absolutely delightful afternoon. Highly recommend!

I had a lovely time learning how to make Dutch pancakes with Fusina! Fusina welcomed us to her beautiful and full of personality apartment located in the heart of Amsterdam canal districts. Fusina is extremely friendly and a great storyteller. It was great to hear about Dutch traditions, Dutch food and also Fusina’s personal impressive life story, most recently as a cook book author. The Dutch Pancakes were delicious and it was very fun to learn how to cook it. Fusina was very patient with my lack of flipping pancakes skills. All in all a great experience!

From the granting of city rights in 1275 to its peak as a global trading and cultural powerhouse in the 17th century. From social development in the 19th century to post-war recovery, reinvention, and its current status as a multicultural, international, and progressive city, fondly known as the "largest village in the world" for its friendly atmosphere.
