In her home cooking classes in Venice, you'll learn to prepare traditional Venetian dishes and enjoy a relaxed, intimate atmosphere while immersing yourself in the true essence of the city.



Join Marina’s hands-on Venetian cooking class and learn to make traditional gnocchi or risotto and tiramisu from scratch using local and seasonal ingredients. Start with a delicious appetizer, then head to Marina’s home kitchen to master the art of making homemade pasta. Marina will guide you through every step, sharing cherished family recipes, tips, and insights. After cooking, enjoy your meal on her terrace (weather permitting) with stunning views of the San Marco bell tower, rooftops, and gardens, paired with local wine. Whether you're an experienced cook or a curious beginner, Marina’s Venice cooking classes offer a true taste of Venetian life, culture, and history.

Notes

Marina can offer a vegetarian meal on request. If you have any preferences or dietary requirements please let her know in advance, while booking your Venice cooking class online. Please note that she lives on the the third floor and her building has no elevator, so you need to climb the stairs. For groups of 5+, Marina's aunty, Betti, will help her during the experience, she is a wonderful cook and owns her own restaurant.

Marina is a passionate Venetian home cook with a background in art and education within theatre and museums. Growing up cooking with her family, she’s inherited cherished family recipes and loves sharing them with guests. For her, food is a way to connect, share stories, and create lasting bonds – all over delicious, home-cooked meals. Marina lives in Venice with her husband and one-year-old son, and her love for the city’s history, lifestyle, and social atmosphere shines through in her home cooking classes, where she invites travelers to experience authentic Venetian flavors and culture.
