Reshmy collects the authentic recipes that are fast disappearing in our technology-driven world, and shares the stories behind the dishes she serves. After a trip to the market, dishes you may enjoy include an authentic biryani from Hyderabad, makhani choose (chicken in a buttery tomato sauce that she enjoyed as a child), homemade butter naan from the North, mutton beliram (goat in onion and coriander masala from Pakistan) or one of our favorites, an incredible coconut and tamarind shallot curry from a recipe handed down to Reshmy from her grandmother.
