Pratibha is an award-winning cookbook writer. Her first book "Cooking at Home with Pedatha" won the Best Vegetarian Cookbook in the world. She calls herself a spiritual and creative cook and focuses on healthy vegetarian cooking. She specializes in three Indian cuisines: Ayurvedic, North Indian Rajasthani and South Indian Andhra cooking. She lives in a traditional home in Mylapore, Chennai.
