Penny is a passionate host offering an unforgettable wine pairing and food tasting experience in her charming maisonette in Thessaloniki. Born, raised, and educated in Greece, Penny spent over five years in Italy, where she worked as a business developer in the fashion industry. During her time in Italy, she developed a deep love for home design, food, and wine, which led her to pursue professional certification in wine through the prestigious WSET Level 3. Now back in Greece, Penny and her husband, Jacob, are eager to share their love for Greek wines, local pairings, and warm hospitality with guests, creating a cozy and memorable experience in Thessaloniki.

During this experience, you'll taste five Greek wines paired with delicious "meze" (small plates) to share, a quintessential Greek dining tradition that brings people together. Learn about Greece’s wine regions, indigenous grape varieties, winemaking methods, and oak aging techniques. Penny will also share expert wine tasting tips, vocabulary, and tricks to enhance your wine knowledge and tasting skills.
