Notes

What others are saying

"The minute I walked into Angelina's flat I felt I was at a friend's place, over for lunch. A friend I hadn't seen for a long time. We conversed pretty much about everything, dreams and plans, food and travels. It felt right. Along with a glass of wine (served at just the right temperature), that's what great food does, it sets free your tongue!"

"We did our class with Angelina and it was amazing. Angelina's husband picked us up at our Athens hotel and took us to their beautiful home in Athens. Once we arrived Angelina welcomed us and immediately connected with my wife on cooking and they set out on their adventure. Angelina had a number of dishes planned and my wife had so much fun preparing the meals with her. And the food was all absolutely delicious. My wife and I would do this again in a heartbeat if we come to Athens again. It was so much fun."

"What an amazing evening with Chef Angelina! We had a group of two families with adult children, and Chef Angelina hosted us at her beautiful home, with spectacular views of the sea and countryside. She had prepared some delicious appetizers; and then we all set to work in the kitchen and she taught us some modernized traditional Greek recipes, and everyone participated to prepare a fantastic meal. Angelina is a very capable chef, an excellent teacher, an entertaining storyteller, and a gracious host. This interactive cooking lesson was absolutely the highlight of our trip, and an shared experience our families will always cherish."

"The evening with Angelina was so memorable. She took great care to provide to our personal preferences and to give us recipes that were both traditional and using ingredients we can find back in the US. The food was delicious and her obvious love of cooking was reflected in every bite. What a marvelous conversationalist and gracious hostess. Highly recommend."
