Join Ioanna in her home kitchen for your Athens cooking class and learn to cook a traditional Greek meal. While you cook, she will share interesting tips and tricks mixed with historical facts about the dishes you're preparing. Your cooking class lasts about 1.5 hours and you will cook two dishes together. Learn to make a main dish such as garidomakaronada (garlicky shrimp, tomato and feta pasta cooked in ouzo) or stuffed eggplants with tomatoes, onions, garlic, peppers and a starter or dessert - orange flavored halva (semolina, olive, oil cinnamon, anise and oranges), yogurt mousse or ice cream. Your menu includes a seasonal salad, starter, main dish and dessert. The menu is seasonal and will change depending on what is fresh and locally available in the market. After cooking, join Ioanna at her beautifully decorated dining table to enjoy the meal you helped prepare.
