Charlotte is an olive oil expert and sommelier who hosts your Provence olive oil harvest tour and workshop. Here in Provence, olive oil is taken as seriously as wine! Learn about why the olive is such an essential part of the Provençale culture and cuisine and how to appreciate its flavors and aromas. Charlotte is excited to teach you all about olive harvesting as well as olive oil production and tasting, a unique seasonal experience in the south of France!

Food tour (6 - 15 guests) OLIVE HARVEST WORKSHOP (Oct 1 - Dec 15): This is a unique, seasonal opportunity to connect with the land, learn, and savor the flavors from freshly harvested olives. Meet your host Charlotte at Domaine Jòlibois, located in the heart of the Alpilles in Provence. This 240-hectare estate produces organic olive oil, and is renowned for its artisanal and environmentally friendly methods. Join Charlotte for an immersive 2.5-hour olive harvest and olive oil workshop, running from October 1 to December 15, 2025. Discover the journey of organic olive oil from tree to table. You will:

- Harvest olives by hand and help collect the fruit
- Tour the mill and learn about olive oil production
- See the crushing process firsthand at the mill
- Taste a selection of organic olive oils from the estate
- Eat local snacks and enjoy a glass of French wine at the end of your harvesting experience.

This is an olive harvest workshop and not a food tour (as the default title states). Please NOTE this booking requires a 1-week cancellation for a full refund. Our standard 48-hour cancellation policy does not apply to this experience.
