Meet your host Charlotte at Domaine Jòlibois, located in the heart of the Alpilles in Provence. This 240-hectare estate produces organic olive oil, and is renowned for its artisanal and environmentally friendly methods. Join Charlotte for an immersive 2.5-hour olive harvest and olive oil workshop, running from October 1 to December 15, 2025. Discover the journey of organic olive oil from tree to table.
