This was our favorite meal of the weekend, and a perfect late Mother's Day gift for my mother-in-law. 10/10 would recommend! It was such a fun time! Courtland and Allie were so welcoming, and the meal was divine. Courtland served up a backyard summer salad, shrimp boulettes with a remoulade dipping sauce, crawfish bisque with stuffed crawfish heads over rice, and a French bread custard with ice cream. Going out to eat in New Orleans is one thing, but helping out in the kitchen of a born Cajun chef is a whole different experience. Plus, it gave us a nice break from the hustle and bustle of eating out in the city.
