Nate, Kai and Rong have built a cooking space just outside their home with individual cooking stations. During your 2 hour hands-on cooking class, learn to cook simple Thai recipes using family recipes. Before you start your cooking class, learn about Thai spices and even forage herbs from the garden. You will cook using fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. A few dishes that you will cook and later eat together are tom kha gai (Thai coconut soup), pad thai (stir-fried rice noodle dish), chicken with cashew nuts and kluay buad chi (banana in coconut milk).
