More about Ana and Carina (Pastéis)

In the picturesque city of Lisbon, where the sun blends with the aroma of spices floating through the streets, two friends found their calling in a vibrant kitchen full of stories. Meet Ana and Carina, two professional chefs whose love to cook and wish to share their Portuguese food, culture and culinary traditions with the world. Both of them got their culinary training at the ACPP - Portuguese Association of Professional Cooks, and worked as chefs in traditional Portuguese restaurants in Lisbon. Later, their passion for teaching grew stronger and they started conducting cooking classes for locals and tourists in Lisbon. For Ana and Carina, the real magic happens when the people start cooking together. As they mix ingredients and share stories with each other, they create bonds that go beyond the kitchen. For a moment, borders disappear and everyone becomes part of one big family, united by a passion for good food and the rich cultural heritage of Portugal.

"I'm a Signature travel agent and here is my client's feedback about this experience: Oh my gosh Tami thank you so much!! It was seriously amazing. They were the sweetest ladies and we truly had such an enjoyable time with them. The pastries were great but the company of the two of them was even better!! We have friends coming here in January and I’m making them do it!"
