Sofia was born and raised in Lisbon, where her love for food began at an early age. Always curious in the kitchen, watching her elders cook and learning about ingredients, flavors, and traditional techniques. In 2018, she left her corporate career to pursue her true passion: cooking and hosting. Inspired by her parents, who passed down their warmth and culinary skills, Sofia now shares her love for Portuguese cuisine with travelers. She’s excited to welcome guests into her kitchen and offer a delicious introduction to Portugal’s rich gastronomic traditions.
