Meet your host Federica at her country house in Carlotta on La Maddalena Island in the north of Sardinia. Learn to cook an authentic Sardinian meal from recipes that have been passed down through generations of Federica's family. During your hands-on Sardinian cooking class, will learn to cook 1 or 2 dishes from scratch during your cooking lesson that lasts about 2 hours. Learn to knead, roll and make pasta, and create a pasta sauce as well as a dessert. If you choose a complicated pasta, you may not have time to also prepare a dessert but you can discuss this with Federica. After cooking, sit down at the table to share the authentic meal you helped prepare with Federica. Your meal includes Italian wine.
Federica can accommodate vegetarian and lactose free diets so if you have any special dietary restrictions, please include it when making your booking.
