You will enjoy a meal with Leela and her husband at their dining table and sample dishes such as appam (thin pancakes made with fermented rice and coconut milk) served with chicken stew or fish moilee (a coconut-based fish stew) , a wonderful fish or prawn fry, fresh vegetables, rice, yoghurt, and pappad (crispy wafers made from gram flour).
Cooking experience (1 - 6 guests) Learn to cook a few traditional Syrian Sadhya dishes, a feast typically served only at banquets. In Leela's kitchen she will teach you about her family's culinary traditions and how to prepare some of her favorite dishes.
