During your private wine tasting and cheese pairing in the heart of Chamonix, learn about the history of Savoy wines and how to appreciate them. Savoy is the only alpine wine region in France! It is known for grape varieties rarely grown elsewhere, including Jacquère, Roussanne, and Gringet for white wines, and Mondeuse for reds. During this wine tasting that takes place in a wine shop in the heart of Chamonix, your host Charline introduces you to a selection of five Savoy wines paired with fabulous Savoy cheeses such as Tomme, Beaufort and Reblochon.
