Bob lives in the beautiful Vietnamese city of Tam Kỳ, where he recently relocated after living in Thailand for many years. He is the ultimate world traveler who has lived internationally for years and is passionate about food. When he is not traveling the world, he loves making dishes that celebrate his travels. Bob can cook a wide array of cuisines, though Bob and his Thai girlfriend have teamed up to bring to you the flavors of Thailand! They can make a lot of wonderful Thai dishes but their most requested dish is Panang Curry. Bob is passionate about sharing his table and food with others and knows how to make people feel at home whenever they step in his door - he has been a guest at over 100 other meal sharing experiences, so he understands what makes an exceptional evening and shared meal! Join Bob for a delicious evening of Thai food and great conversation.

In-home meal (1 - 5 guests) Join your host Bob at his apartment in the amazing city of Tam Kỳ, a beautiful coastal city in central Vietnam, just south of Da Nang and Hoi An. Start your experience with a welcome drink of a non-alcoholic Thai beverage, and then sit down to enjoy a Thai snack as you share stories about your travels and Bob's time in Vietnam. Then sit down together to enjoy a menu featuring a variety of Thai dishes. Bob and his partner, from Thailand herself, will create dishes such as Gaeng Keow Gai (Green curry with chicken) and Panang curry (Thai coconut curry with chicken) and Khao Soi.
