Mor offers a cooking demo that lasts about an hour before you sit down to share the meal. Mor will describe the ingredients and techniques involved in creating a beautiful meal - watch and learn as local ingredients are transformed into a contemporary Thai meal. Please note that Mor offers a cooking demonstration, not a hands-on cooking class.
Mor will meet you in her beautifully decorated town house, designed in an urban rustic style with carefully selected and custom-made furniture. Enjoy a refreshing welcome drink as you chat with your host, following which Mor will serve an appetizing and creative four-course Thai meal at her dining table. Her cuisine is contemporary Thai influenced by fresh, seasonal ingredients she finds at the market. Your menu may include dishes such as Thai seafood dumplings with abalone and young coconut, fresh spring rolls, chicken in a white curry made with lemongrass, coconut milk and lime sauce, or a creative take on Northern Thai stir-fried noodles with succulent crab. Your meal will end with a refreshing dessert of coconut pudding or homemade ice-cream made with seasonal fruits. Mor will join you for most of the meal but she may not be with you the entire time as she prefers to serve and ensure her guests eat well. She is most happy watching guests enjoy her food.
Mor does not offer alcohol but you are welcome to bring your own beer or wine to accompany your meal.

Mor is a Bangkok native who discovered her passion for cooking while watching her mother cook simple yet flavorful Thai dishes. She has traveled the world and draws inspiration for her dishes from the various cuisines she explores, from a tiny restaurant in a hidden alley of Tuscany to a boulangerie in Napa Valley. She has an artistic eye for creative plating and developed her presentation techniques while apprenticing with a popular Thai chef in Bangkok. When Mor is not hosting, she is busy experimenting with new recipes or traveling in search of her next special ingredient. She particularly loves meeting locals during her travels, learning about their culture and cuisine, and is excited to offer a similar experience to travelers visiting Bangkok.
