"I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lucia and her incredible cooking class. From the moment my group arrived, she welcomed us into her home with such warmth that we instantly felt comfortable. Her kitchen is beautifully organized and fully equipped, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Lucia not only taught us the recipes step-by-step, but also shared stories and insights about the local culture, which made everything even more meaningful. She explained each dish in a fun, engaging way and made sure everyone felt involved. She is truly a special lady—I only wish I had done this class sooner! I also loved talking with her a week beforehand to plan the meal. She listened to my suggestions and integrated them perfectly. Her cooking assistant, Eva, was also wonderful and helped us throughout the experience. This class was one of the highlights of our trip to Mexico City. Highly, highly recommended!"
