Notes: The dishes may vary according to the season and according to "slow food" as often as possible. The menus are "à la française", traditionally accompanied by suitable wines (1-2 glasses per person). Please note Fabienne can only host children above the age of 15 years.

This is just a sample menu to give you an idea of the types of dishes the host cooks. Your menu will vary according to seasonal availability.

• Dessert: Tarte tatin or Gâteau au chocolat or "Charlotte" cake with seasonal fruit or Tiramisu
• Main course: Canard à l'orange (orange duck) or Blanquette de veau (French veal stew)
• First course: Veloute de legume (a creamy and silky vegetable soup) or Tartare de saumon or Quiche lorraine
• Apéritif et amuse-bouche
