She lives with her older sister, her sister’s girlfriend, and their housekeeper, while her own girlfriend, joins them on weekends. Raised in a big Chinese-Thai family, Apple grew up in a home where family meals were an essential part of daily life. From a young age, Apple spent time helping her mother in the kitchen, fostering a deep connection to food and a lifelong passion for cooking. She was an exchange student in the USA and later completed a degree in Hotel Management and worked with Sofitel, Novotel, Mercure and Ibis. Through her travels and experiences, Apple has developed an understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures. In addition to her love for cooking, Apple is an avid gardener and baker. She honed her skills in baking by completing a one-year patisserie course at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu institute in Bangkok. Together, Apple and her family create memorable culinary experiences that celebrate both Thai and Chinese flavors.
