Inspired by her mother, a skilled home cook, Yoshiko enjoys passing down traditional Japanese recipes and cooking techniques while also experimenting with new dishes. She emphasizes the use of fresh, natural Japanese ingredients and takes pride in creating healthy, flavorful meals that showcase the best of Japanese cuisine. Outside the kitchen, Yoshiko enjoys playing in her band and golfing. Her hometown of Takarazuka is famous for its hot springs and the all-female Takarazuka Revue, adding cultural charm to your visit.
